This Cookie Policy explains how Listi Partners Portal ("Listi", "we", "us", or "our") — a sole establishment licensed in Dubai under DET Licence No. 1523229 — uses cookies and similar technologies on the platform operated at listi.ae (the "Platform"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. The names "Listi" and "Listi.ae" and associated logos are trademarks of Listi Partners Portal. Trademark registration is currently in process in the UAE (Trademark pending). All rights in these marks are reserved pending registration.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and device identifiers. In this Policy, we refer to all of these as "cookies".

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary (Essential)

These cookies are required for the Platform to function. They enable sign-in, account authentication, session management, security features, load balancing, and remembering items you have added to a shortlist. Essential cookies do not require consent because the Platform cannot operate without them.

2.2 Functional / Preference

These cookies remember choices you make, such as your preferred language, your dashboard layout, or whether you have dismissed a notice. They are set only after the Platform has loaded and improve your experience but are not strictly necessary.

2.3 Analytics / Performance

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Platform — for example, which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where errors occur. We use this data in aggregate to improve the service. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

2.4 Marketing / Advertising

We do not currently set advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy and request your consent before any such cookies are set.

3. Who Sets Cookies on the Platform

Cookies on the Platform are set either directly by Listi ("first-party") or by third-party service providers we use to operate the Platform ("third-party"). Our third-party providers include:

• Supabase (authentication and session cookies)
• Vercel (hosting, security, and performance cookies)
• Stripe (payment processing and fraud-prevention cookies, set only when making a payment)

Each third-party provider is bound by a data-processing agreement with Listi and processes your data only as necessary to deliver the Platform services.

4. Your Choices

• Consent banner. Where required, we display a banner on first visit so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the footer of the Platform.
• Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent parts of the Platform (such as sign-in) from working.
• Mobile devices. On mobile devices, you can reset advertising identifiers and limit ad tracking in your device settings.

5. Legal Basis

We rely on your consent for analytics, functional, and any future marketing cookies, and on our legitimate interest in delivering a secure and functional platform for strictly necessary cookies, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL).

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and where the change is material we will request your consent again.
