Terms & Conditions

1. Referrals must be genuine business opportunities with accurate customer and contact information. 2. Referrers must obtain the prospect’s consent before sharing their contact details. 3. Referral rewards, if applicable, will be agreed upon in advance and are subject to successful business conversion and receipt of payment from the customer. 4. Existing customers, active opportunities, and previously registered leads may be excluded from referral rewards. 5. Referrers must not make unauthorized commitments, quotations, or representations on behalf of the service provider. 6. Referral opportunities will be reviewed and accepted at the service provider’s discretion. 7. Duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete referrals may be rejected. 8. Referrers must maintain the confidentiality of customer information and comply with applicable UAE laws and data protection requirements. 9. The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms or discontinue the referral program with reasonable notice. 10. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
